These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the tkbdt platform and all its services. By accessing the tkbdt website, registering an account, or using any games or services, you are automatically considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using this platform. tkbdt reserves the right to change or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published means you have accepted the new Terms.

The following conditions must be met to open an account and participate in any games at tkbdt:

tkbdt follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to maintain the integrity of its platform. As part of verification, you may be asked to submit proof of identity, proof of address, or proof of payment method.

3.1 Identity Verification

You may be required to confirm your identity using a government-issued document such as a National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence. Failure to complete verification or providing false information will result in account suspension or termination.

3.2 Account Security

Your username and password are strictly confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members making their first deposit at tkbdt will receive a 100% first-deposit bonus, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. Bonus calculation examples:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳18,000 → ৳8,000 bonus (maximum) → total balance ৳26,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x, applied on the bonus amount only — not on the deposited principal.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus applies once per person, household, address, or payment method.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the set time limit after receiving the bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Not all games can be played with bonus funds; specific games may contribute to bonus wagering requirements.
• tkbdt reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is found, the account will be terminated.

tkbdt believes gaming should be a form of entertainment, not an addiction. We encourage all our players to play responsibly.

• Set a budget for yourself before playing and do not exceed that limit.
• Do not treat gaming as a solution to financial problems.

9.2 Game Results

All game results are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair play. tkbdt never manipulates game outcomes.

9.3 Service Changes

tkbdt reserves the right to modify, temporarily suspend, or permanently discontinue any part of its service at any time and for any reason. In such cases, we will endeavour to notify players as far in advance as possible.

11.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any available balance before closing your account.

tkbdt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without notice in cases of Terms violations, suspected fraud, prohibited conduct, or failure to complete the verification process.

11.3 Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, please contact our customer service team first. We make every effort to resolve any matter quickly and fairly.

tkbdt reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform for significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes means you have accepted the new Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unlawful, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
